How to Send your Artwork
Digital Files
You can upload your artwork files directly from the product page. Simply click the “upload artwork for button” and select the from the dropdown list. a box will appear where you can drag and drop or select your artwork file.
Forgot To Send Your File
Do not worry. Simply wait for our sales department to send out or order acknowledgment email and you can reply with your artwork. Alternatively send direct to our artwork department artwork@billbo.co.uk with the our order ack and you ref in the subject line.
Send Special Instructions
There is a box for special instructions on the delivery page. Feel free to give us any information you think we need. Remember, artwork preparation is FREE and you’ll receive a digital mockup for your approval –Â FREEÂ – prior to production.
Accepted File Types
We can accept anything: e-mailed (subject to sight of artwork). Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Keep in mind that to keep your order moving as fast as possible, we prefer to receive vector file formats.
Note: Changing the file name to a vector file extension will not change the file type.
Preferred Vector File Types:
PDFÂ (Adobe Acrobat)
• Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps
AI or EPSÂ (Adobe Illustrator)
• Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images
CDRÂ (Corel Draw)
• Convert text to curves
Other Accepted File Types:
Only as a last resort as these give a lower quality print.

UK Manufactured Woven Edge Polyester Ribbon.
Manufactured in lengths of 100m on a roll.
Available in 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 38mm and 50mm widths.
We cannot PANTONE match foils. Please be aware when printing onto coloured ribbon we can only
use Silver, Gold, White & Black. When printing onto White Ribbon we can use all of the colours above.
